Damian Salvi

Senior Vice President

Damian began his career with Baltimore Life in 1983 as an agent. He assumed district management responsibilities in 1986 and won the President’s Award in 1987 and 1991. He was promoted to Regional Vice President in 1993 and Divisional Vice President in 2002. In 2011, he was elected Vice President of Distribution. In 2013, elected as Senior Vice President and Chief Distribution Officer with overall responsibility of independent and career distribution. In addition he oversees the marketing department as well as product and program development. Damian and his wife Diane reside in York, Pa. and enjoy traveling and time with their 2 children’s families, including 4 grandchildren.
