Regional Account Sales Manager

Mike Torrenti began his career in the industry in 1998 with Prudential. These were dark times with 40 page paper applications and only fully underwritten products. After a year and unable to make it in the field, Mike moved to the Home Office of Midland National/North American (Sammons Financial) where he began his 10 years with stops of Customer Service Representative, Supervisor - Variable Product Services, Product Implementation Coordinator, and finally Manager, Sales Support. In 2009, an opportunity presented itself to move to Arizona and work with an IMO in the area as their trainer and field manager. In March of 2011, Mike joined Royal Neighbors of America as Manager, Sales Support including Commissions, Agent Contracting, and Internal Sales and in January of 2019, Mike moved into his current position – Regional Account Sales Manager. Mike currently resides in Mesa, AZ with his wife of 29 years, Jane along with their 2 four legged kids, Chops and Lucy.
