Sean O’Connor is the Vice President of Distribution at Baltimore Life. Sean began his career in the life insurance industry in 2007 as an agent, inspired by his father’s successful career as a financial advisor. After having early success, he was drawn to a career in leadership. Sean was a front-line agency builder and regional manager before leading the career agency system at Baltimore Life for more than a decade. In this role Sean focused on growing premium year-over-year while managing controllable expenses to assure the career agency system would become profitable and remain a viable sales distribution. Sean’s role expanded in 2023 when he was promoted to Vice President of Distribution where he oversees all distribution channels including career, independent, and alternative.
