Steph has been part of the health insurance industry since 2012. Her career spans health plan operations, community outreach, value-based care, business development, and sales management. For the past six years, she has been with UnitedHealthcare Medicare Solutions, currently serving as Regional Growth Director. She focuses on compliant sales practices and oversees growth for AARP Medicare Supplement plans across 14 states in the Upper Midwest and Northwest.
