Tom Lobell

President & CEO

Tom Lobell joined AHL in 2010 after graduating from the University Of Chicago in 2009 with a degree in Economics. Tom served as marketing associate from 2010 to 2016 assisting existing distribution with various marketing and sales related support. In 2016 he was promoted to Vice President of Marketing where he led the department’s recruiting and product development efforts. In 2022 he became Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing the marketing department as well as all other departments including new business/underwriting, accounting and policy owner service. In March 2024 Tom was named President & CEO of American Home Life where he oversees all day-to-day operations as well as strategic initiatives.
