My name is Tye Weaver, and I am the Senior Vice President of Career Sales for Heartland Financial Group. I consult and train insurance agents across the United States and am considered one of the most sought out experts in my field. On March 8th of this year, I celebrated my 17th year in the insurance industry, after starting at the young age of 22. I grew up in the small town of Warner, OK, population 1,500, and furthered my education after high school at Connors State College and Northeastern State University where I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership. I currently live in Henryetta, OK with my beautiful wife Monique, and my five children, Talon, Gavin, Nakona, Cade, and Josie.
