MICHAEL SLADEK BIO.

Michael “Slades” Sladek is the Vice President, Brokerage Sales & Digital at Mutual of Omaha.  Slades joined Mutual of Omaha in 2014 and has been a key member of the  Brokerage Sales team, leading a sales team that achieved year over year sales growth.

He has spent 30 years in the insurance industry and has a diverse record of success in selling insurance products and technology solutions. In every role, he has helped lead multinational corporations to achieve significant growth and efficiencies.

Slades will be responsible for the Brokerage Sales teams supporting Life, Long Term Care, Accidental Death, Critical Advantage, Disability and Annuities and will also oversee our business distribution team responsible for managing the digital experience our Brokerage partners have with Mutual of Omaha.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his spouse Rose, their 5 adult children and 8 grandchildren. Slades and his family reside in Houston, TX.
